    This one is for all of my friends who watched the TV show JAG in the past (or who watch the reruns even today).  U. S. Navy C-2A Greyhound, also known as a COD (Carrier Onboard Delivery).  Used primarily to move people and supplies to deployed aircraft carriers, this one was used by Special Operations Parachutists as a jump platform at the Air Power Over the Midwest air show at Scott Air Force Base, IL, September 15, 2012.

    In addition to the Big Cats, I spent some time taking shots of the sea lions and the harbor seal at the Zoo this morning.  While much of their time is spent swimming underwater, on occasion they will swim along the surface like this sea lion.
