Balloon inflation.  After the envelope (what most of us call the balloon) is mostly filled with air at ambient temperature,  then the air must be heated for the balloon to stand erect and, ultimately, fly.  Here the balloonist is using the flames from his two burners to start the heating process.  At the Balloon Glow, Great Forest Park Balloon Race, September 14, 2012.
