These guys were all around one of the lakes at the Busch Wildlife Area in St. Charles County, MO, this morning.  Three of the photos were taken on a small pond off the main lake that was covered with a thick layer of duckweed and some other type of moss or green vegetation.  The fourth photo was taken on one of the main lakes where the frog was sitting on top of a leaf.  While I originally thought these were a type of water lily, they look very similar to the lotus plants at the Botanical Garden other than the color of the blossoms.
